No heating, no WiFi and poor communication. Positive: Nice property, comfortable beds and good location. Negative: Unfortunately no WiFi or heating, broken sink in primary en-suite, very poor communication (only received automatic messages and no responses to my messages), tv remote needs replacing, no gas in the sodastream (not the end of the world - but would have been delightful). Was sad as it’s a lovely property. Just appears to be let down by a few easy fixes.

Positive: It has a great location to the beach and shops Negative: Heater didn’t work and apartment was very cool. Communication with the owner was very poor, was left on ‘delivered’ all weekend and no help to fix the problem.

Great apartment and great location. Positive: Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very clean. Great amenities and we loved the location, a very short walk to the Main Street. Would love to come back here.

Acceptable Negative: All the ridiculous instructions about how to leave the property on departure including putting out the rubbish. I paid $585 for one night and didn't get my money's worth.

Positive: The accommodation was good but the Management group was very poor. They listed it as a new build but it was 4+ years old and just before arriving we were told that the sink in the main bedroom was not working. There was no mention of other accommodation options of a discount for the inconvenience it caused. The balcony roof has leaked at some stage and the paint is peeling off. Very poor overall management.
