Location great but house needs some TLC Positive: Location was excellent. The house is spacious and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for the dog to roam. Negative: The spiders and no spray to deal with them. Cobwebs need to be cleaned and cracks repaired. Cockroaches also in the house

Good location. House needs work Positive: Location was great Negative: The couch and carpets were very heavily stained. downstairs toilet leaked and seems to have been that way for a long time. Downstairs showerhead is broken. Musty smell in the house. No curtains on a window in the main bedroom. House in general needs maintenance.

Relaxing, pet and family friendly stay! Positive: Spacious, clean and perfect backyard for pets and kids. House had everything we needed. Location is amazing, walking distance to the shops and the beach.

The listing states "a few minor imperfections, but nothing that would affect your stay"We found matters that included ...Dishwasher wasn't working correctly- soap container didn't open during the cycle, and the rail for the top tray was broken, making it very difficult to load.There was peeling paint in the kitchen,particularly around the sink with accompanying mouldThere was a water leak in the downstairs toilet.A blind in the main living room had no cord so had to be manually rolled up and down.Old food was found on the floor of the living room.The couches were stained, covered up with throw rugsThe carpet on the stairwell and main bedroom were stainedThe shower screen door in the ensuite is broken, and jammed when I tried to get out of the shower recessThere were no towels for the main bedroomThe gauze door to the back verandah doesn't slide and is difficult to operate
